PsychologyTutorUK Ltd — Terms & Conditions

Version 1.1 — 2026/27

By making a payment to PsychologyTutorUK Ltd, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

## 1. Course & Payment

Courses run from September to May and are sold as a complete course package, not as individual monthly lessons. Monthly payments are instalments towards the total course fee and may not correspond to the number of lessons delivered in a particular month.

* 1 course: £165 × 9 (£1,485) or £1,400 paid in full.

* 2 courses: £295 × 9 (£2,655) or £2,550 paid in full.

* 3 courses: £399 × 9 (£3,591) or £3,450 paid in full.

Instalment payments are collected through GoCardless in 9 monthly instalments, due on the 1st of each month.

Payments must be up to date for a student to attend live lessons. If a payment is overdue or unsuccessful, access to live lessons may be paused until payment has been received.

## 2. Cancellation & Withdrawal

For courses purchased online, statutory consumer cancellation rights apply, including the applicable 14-day cancellation period.

If tuition begins during this period at your request and you subsequently cancel, PsychologyTutorUK Ltd may charge for services already provided as permitted by law.

After the statutory cancellation period, one month's written notice is required to leave the programme. The payment due during the notice month remains payable, and the student may continue attending all scheduled lessons and using course resources throughout that period.

At the end of the notice period, the student will be removed from the programme and Google Classroom. Before leaving, students may download course videos and resources that have been made available to them up to that point for their own personal use.

## 3. Missed Lessons

If a student misses a lesson because of illness, holidays, school commitments or any other reason, no refund or reduction in course fees is normally provided. A recording and/or relevant resources will be available where applicable to help the student catch up.

If PsychologyTutorUK Ltd has to cancel a lesson because of illness, emergency or another unavoidable reason, a replacement lesson or suitable alternative will normally be provided.

## 4. Groups & Participation

Lessons are normally delivered in small groups. Group sizes may vary according to enrolment, demand, scheduling and lesson requirements.

Students are expected to attend punctually and participate appropriately. Cameras are encouraged but are not compulsory. Students may be asked to participate through verbal responses, Zoom chat, Google Docs or other learning activities.

## 5. Homework, Marking & Support

Homework, assessments and feedback are provided as appropriate to the course.

Reasonable additional support is also available outside lessons. This may include brief questions, occasional screenshots of work for guidance or, where a student particularly needs help, a short support call where practical.

Additional support is provided on a reasonable-use basis and does not constitute unlimited marking, messaging or individual tuition.

## 6. Google Classroom, Recordings & Materials

Course materials, Google Classroom resources, recordings, worksheets and other resources are provided for the enrolled student's personal use only.

Materials downloaded from Google Classroom or provided by PsychologyTutorUK Ltd must not be shared with anyone else, redistributed, uploaded publicly, copied for others or sold.

Access to Google Classroom and other course resources ends when the student's enrolment ends. Students leaving the programme may download the videos and resources made available to them up to the end of their paid notice period for continued personal use.

## 7. Technology & Course Changes

Students are responsible for having suitable internet access and equipment for online tuition.

PsychologyTutorUK Ltd may make reasonable changes to lesson times, groups, scheduling or course delivery where necessary. Students/parents will be informed of significant changes.

## 8. Behaviour

Students are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during lessons and when using course platforms. PsychologyTutorUK Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of serious or repeated inappropriate behaviour.
